How it works
The basic steps a delivery business goes through with Smart FDS to get started


Once you sign up with Smart FDS (FREE trial for the first month and NO SETUP FEES or TRANSACTION FEES), you will get access to your private/secure back-end.


As soon as you get access to the back-end you can import your products and customers, then complete the basic settings such as your delivery days, cut-off time and delivery routes.

Launch your website

You can launch your website in a click of a button from the back-end. Once you launch the website, your customers can place one-time orders or subscribe to recurring orders such as weekly, every other week, etc from the website.

Receive Phone Orders

Once you start receiving orders from your website, you will be notified of the orders and all the orders will be organized in the back-end based on the delivery dates and routes.
You can edit the orders you received from the customers or add new orders (phone orders) to the back-end.

Send Purchase Orders to the Vendors

You can create purchase orders from the back-end for the “waiting orders” and email it to your vendors to stock up for your delivery.

Route Planning and Delivery

Once your items are ready to deliver, you can print the delivery manifest and generate the route map (fastest round trip OR A-Z trip) using the built-in maps. As you deliver your orders, mark the orders as completed.

Automatic online payment and billing

As you deliver, the customers are charged on their credit cards automatically and the invoices are emailed.
